The directors and owners are Mr Ash Sharma and Mr Sunjay Rai.

Ash Sharma is also owner of an EMI care home in Eastbourne and care homes in Oxfordshire. Ash is a chartered accountant who has been involved in high profile public projects.

Sunjay Rai is also owner of an EMI care home in Eastbourne. Sunjay has extensive experience of working with government departments and business start-ups.
