Our professional carers are dedicated to the care and wellbeing of all our residents. They provide quality care, are part of the community, and carry out all their work with compassion. Nova House’s team is always on the look out for ways to improve the care and support we can offer residents.

Our training for staff is second to none. All staff complete specialist training to keep residents safe, provide excellent care and meet their diverse needs. We encourage our colleagues to keep on building skills and knowledge. We sponsor Care Diplomas for colleagues who wish to study for them. We develop the managers, assessors and trainers of the future.
