Nova House was established as a care home in 1986. The same dedicated team has been managing the home since 2008.

The home is a large and luxuriously adapted town house. We offer comfortable single rooms for 30 residents, of which have 26 ensuite bathrooms.

The home is located in a quiet residential area of Seaford, close to local shops and the sea.

At Nova House we constantly review and improve services for our residents. Work has begun to add 5 more single ensuite bedrooms and a conservatory for residents to enjoy.

Our team is are trained to a high standard and we encourage colleagues to continuously improve their skills.  Many of our team are qualified to Healthcare Diplomas Levels 2 and 3.

We’re proud of the care, community and compassion we offer residents. We encourage friends and families to be involved, and we’re an active part of the community in Seaford.
